Shipping & Returns

Orders are generally processed within 3–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
Processing time is the time needed to prepare your order for shipment and is separate from the carrier's delivery time.
During product launches, promotions, holidays, or periods of high order volume, processing may take a little longer. If there is a significant delay affecting your order, we will contact you using the information provided at checkout.
Shipping & Delivery

If you choose to add alcohol and use a Cosmic Kooler as a mixer, that choice is completely up to you.

Our beverages include real fruit ingredients, including fruit purées and juices.
Because of this, you may notice natural sediment or settling in the can. This is completely normal and is part of using real fruit ingredients.

Are Cosmic Koolers alcoholic?
No. Cosmic Koolers are sold as non-alcoholic beverages.
You can enjoy them exactly as they are or add your favorite spirit if you want to turn your Kooler into a cocktail.
Are Cosmic Koolers carbonated?
Nope! Cosmic Koolers are intentionally non-carbonated.
That gives the fruit, botanicals, herbs, and spices room to create the cocktail-style experience without relying on bubbles.
Why does my can feel softer than a soda can?
Because Cosmic Koolers are non-carbonated, the can may feel slightly softer or have a little more give than a typical carbonated soda or sparkling beverage. A little flexibility in the body of the can may be normal for our packaging. However, do not consume a product if the can is leaking, swollen or bulging, punctured, severely damaged, or appears to have a compromised seal.
